Heathrow Airport Terminal 5

Heathrow Terminal 5 building

On 27 March 2008 the new dedicated BA terminal opened for business - with almost everything that could go wrong going wrong! What passengers could, and always can, rely on is that no matter what happens, we go further than any other parking company to deal with travel disruptions - one less thing to worry about. The good news is that T5 did manage to sort out its teething troubles and you can now take advantage of the unrivalled convenience offered by the new building and our meet & greet service.

Please note the new car drop off point at Terminal 5:
Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up". Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for "Fast Track". At entrance barrier take a ticket (don’t worry there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to"Row L" where our chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket.

About Terminal 5
Costing some £4.3bn to construct, the new terminal transforms the service offered to passengers, with streamlined check-in – using 96 check-in kiosks – and floor-to-ceiling windows creating a light and spacious environment. Needless to say, it offers a wide range of shopping and dining experiences and it has the largest airline lounge complex in the world, catering for 2,500 passengers. For business travellers there is also wireless broadband throughout as well as 6 kiosk areas and more than 20 meeting rooms.

To complement this new travel experience, passengers travelling with BA can take advantage of our meet & greet service, which is available 24/7, even at short notice (one of the few companies able to offer this). We also offer valet parking services.
